Does Hay Fever considered as atopic disease besides Asthma,Atopic Dermatitis and Allergic Rhinitis ?

I have asthma and I am also allergic to cats. I am staying at a friends house and she has two cats. When I was around them, I started reacting to them. I can’t stop sneezing and my nose won’t stop running. I also can’t stop coughing.

How can I fix this without any shots or taking any allergy medication?

my daughter is coughing all the time at home away from home doesnt matter. Asthma test was pretty negative.

For the past 7 years I have had seasonal allergies: watery ich eyes, sneezing, the works. I would always use Flonase, but this year I was perscribed Nasonex (you know, the commercial with the bee). Anyways, I started using it at the beginning of this allergy season but soon discovered that I wasnt having my normal symptoms anymore, so I stopped taking the nasal spray.
But for the past month I have developed a constant mucus cough. I always get coughing fits when I lie down to sleep or when I laugh, and I start to wheeze. This happens about 3-4 times a day and I’m not sure if it’s my allergies, a cold, or something worse. I feel fine so I dont think it’s a cold. At first Tylonol Cold helped, but not so much anymore. Coffee seems to make it stop now. But I’m not experiencing the normal watery eyes and sneezing. It’s only coughing, which lasts about half and hour sometimes. Should I be worried or is this just my allergies developing furthur?
When I say I wheeze, I mean as I’m breathing at normal pase, you can hear the mucus rattling. Not like Im short of breath or anything. So I dont quite think it’s asthma. But how would I know for sure, right? =) Let me know what you all think!

This came on a week ago, Ive never had such a persistant throat problem. My throat isnt sore its just sensitive, makes me wheeze. What could this be?
Ive never experienced asthma before i think thats trouble breathing–I havent that problem, bronchitis maybe but bronc has never done this to me.

Hi! every time i eat soy my throat itches. I have a ton of allergies and have asthma also and im going to my doctor tomorrow to get tested for more things im allergic to, should i mention the soy or is it just nothing. Does anyone else have a soy allergy and what are your symptoms?

Yesterday, my perfectly normal 3 year old had some peanut butter and crackers and juice for a snack. She has only had peanut butter a couple of times before and not very much. When she finished eating her lips and nail beds were blue and her hands and feet were very cold but she had no other symptoms. The symptoms cleared after an albuterol nebulizer treatment, but she was not having any symptoms of asthma, just symptoms of low oxygen. Could these symptoms have been caused by a peanut allergy?
